Turning Panic into Power Free Call

ManJumpinginOcean
I wanted to share with you an email I received recently that made me cry…I received an email from a person who read one of my articles on a website I write for. In the e-mail she was asking for advice about a relationship that she was in. She was experiencing a lot of self sabotage and straight out drama.

When I got to the part where she described herself as a low value woman, it brought tears to my eyes. The biggest thing I know about women is that if they don’t have a high value for themselves, they will not succeed in attaining good health, losing weight, or their relationships. It affects their career even though they come off as confident.

It made me cry because I had low value for myself for too many years. It wreaked havoc on my health, my relationships, and that’s why everything seemed so hard.

The minute I broke that pattern everything changed for me:

My body began to start healing itself.

I lost 23 pounds and am back to my natural weight.

I reinvigorated my business and stretched myself in ways I never thought possible.

I ended relationships that were unhealthy and started attracting  people in my life who lifted me up.
