Hi! I am Laura Tirello and I am a Wellness Coach. I am so happy you found yourself here. Why? Because I changed my life by asking for help. I spent too many years trying to be perfect and controlling my environment that it left me isolated, scared, and lonely. The funny thing is nobody knew it, because I was really good at covering up my emotions. I was so good I didn’t even know that’s how I was functioning in the world.
My body was telling me but I wasn’t listening. I had IBS at a young age and spent much of my young adult life trying to maintain a normal lifestyle. My normal was popping stomach meds and not really being able to eat very much. Then my awareness of my body progressed when I received an injury that led to chronic pain. It took a long recovery process before I realized how much my internal belief system was affecting my body and everything else in my life. After reaching rock bottom physically, I learned that there really is no way but up. I also realized I couldn’t do it alone. I had to learn to trust others and myself in order to truly heal my life. It wasn’t an easy journey, but it was certainly the most important journey of my life. It gave me my soul, my health, and my life back. I’ve made it my mission to help others who are suffering from IBS and chronic pain issues to recognize that they can regain control of their lives.
I use my experience as a Martha Beck Certified Life Coach and as a Mind-Body Coach to assist my clients in learning how to understand their emotions and trusting their body through sickness, injury and health as a way to reduce stress and manage the effects of IBS and other chronic illness in their lives.
I also help my clients learn how to explore what their body needs to start rebuilding itself.
My passion is to inspire people to find their way back to a healthy life by changing the way they think, live, and eat. In my free e-book I share some simple strategies to get started in the process of empowering yourself through simple daily habits.

I hate cooking, but love good food. My Vitamix and Crockpot help me with this.
I love to dance… I’m in the process of slowly incorporating it back into my life and in my healing.

Laura completed additional training in the mind body connection and is an Endorsed Abigail Steidley Mind Body Coach. Abigail Steidley is a Master Certified Wellness Coach who is widely regarded for her work with mind body syndromes.
Laura holds both a Bachelors and Masters Degree in Education. She was an educator for 11 years.
